Germany: Business Analyst and ERP Solution Architect at a global market and technology leader in the areas of heating, ventilation and air-conditioning systems.
Technical advice and business analysis of the logistics area, with the aim of ensuring that the solutions meet the business needs and requirements for the planned S/4 Hana roll-out.
This included:
- Evaluation of business processes, the definition of requirements, identification of improvement potentials, as well as the development and implementation of solutions.
- Management of the ongoing review of business processes and the development of optimization strategies
- Implementation of the requirements analysis.
- Documentation and communication of the work results.
- Effective communication of the findings and plans to cross-functional team members and management.

Ghana: project manager on behalf of the Millennium Challenge Cooperation – Washington in the context of a large-scale project at the Electricity Company of Ghana (ECG).
Expert guidance and control of the international teams of consultants for all costs incurred in the project activities to enable a country-wide ERP-System implementation and roll-out.
- Based on the TOGAF-Methodology, definition of professionally-content requirements for the implementation of a fully integrated ERP system for the fully integrated picture of the value chain CRM, Field Services, Warehousing and Supply Chain Management with O2C sales integration including master data, approval processes, credit facilities etc.;
- Professional and technical optimization of business processes, as well as the remodelling processes in BPMN 2.0 under full and complete ERP aspects with main emphasis on FI/CO, FI-SD-O2C, SCM, CRM, MM-SRM, (E)WM MRP
- Evaluation of the structure and organization, as well as examination of the technical and procedural requirements for the design of new business processes for a new ERP and HCM system based on S/4Hana
- Analysis of the existing IT architecture and interfaces to external software used for the areas of maintenance, new projects and construction projects, materials management as well as project implementation along the entire value-added chain.

Philippines: Strengthening Fiscal Accountability in the Department of Public Works and Highways (DPWH), Philippines, Phase II
The DPWH has established a number of teams to support the implementation of a Budget and Treasury Management System (BTMS) including:
- eNGAS and eBudget Core Teams to support the rollout and training of version 2.1 of the systems to the remaining DEOs; and
- A Finance Service Business Improvement and Implementation Project (BIIP) Team to support BPR of key financial processes;
- Five BTMS teams to support the deployment and rollout of that system at three pilot sites.
Review of existing business processes inclusive of Business Process Re-engineering (BPR) for the key financial processes in all Offices of the DPWH.
Development the specifications and requirements for an Enterprise Resource Planning system – the so-called BTMS, which addresses finance and human resource requirements.
The key deliverables under this activity were:
- The preparation of a Business Process Reengineering (BPR) As-Is Assessment and Report for the key financial management processes of the Department;
- The BPR To-Be Analysis Report for the key financial management processes; and
- A Data Migration Plan to identify the data models, structures required to migrate data from existing financial systems to either the BTMS, and/or an alternative ERP.

Germany: On behalf of one of the BIG 5, international Audit & Consulting company – Consulting within the German public service at federal level
SAP S4 / Hana, SAP SCM, MM, SRM Advisor and Business Process Analyst: Supporting the Consultant teams and the technical side in all activities in the project: “Detailed Concept of an ERP system on a cloud basis for the procurement cross-section service of the Federal Republic and the federal government”, based on S4 / Hana for a 5-6 digit number of users with the following specifications:
- Professional and technical optimization of the business processes documented in EPK, as well as remodelling the processes in BPMN under SAP S4 / Hana aspects
- Based on the TOGAF-Methodology, definition of technical and content requirements for the implementation of a fully integrated SAP ERP system for fully integrated mapping of procurement processes with emphasis on FI/CO, FI-SD-O2C Integration, SCM, CRM, MM-SRM, (E)WM MRP
- Strategic-functional analysis of the operated ERP systems in the federal authorities
- Evaluation of the current IT landscape as well as existing IoT and cloud services in the Procurement environment of the federal government
